[英]泰伦斯·基利Terence Kealey 英国著名生物化学家。在伦敦巴特医院获得医学、外科学和生物化学等学士学位，1984年在牛津大学取得临床生物化学博士学位，并先后担任医学研究委员会培训研究员、惠康基金会临床科学高级研究员。曾任教于纽卡斯尔大学和剑桥大学，2001—2014年任白金汉大学副校长。现于卡托研究所的科学研究中心担任高级访问学者，专门研究粮食政策。
